Welcome to our Skip Hire Earls Court service. By utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.
1. Booking and Payment
To book a skip, you must provide accurate and complete information. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Reservation: Bookings can be made online, via phone, or in person.
- Payment Terms: Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery to avoid charges.
2. Delivery and Collection
We strive to deliver and collect skips promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery
The skip will be delivered to the specified location at the scheduled time. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that there is sufficient space and accessibility for the skip.
Collection
Upon the completion of the hire period, the skip will be collected. Please ensure that the skip is accessible and free from any obstructions to facilitate easy collection.
3. Usage Guidelines
Our skip hire service is intended for the disposal of general waste. The following items are strictly prohibited:
- Hazardous materials such as chemicals, asbestos, or explosive substances.
- Electrical appliances containing refrigerants.
- Motor vehicle engines or parts.
Failure to comply may result in additional charges or the refusal of service.
4. Liability
We are not liable for any damage to property or injury to persons caused by the placement or use of the skip. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the skip does not block access, pathways, or utilities.
5. Permits and Legal Compliance
If a permit is required for the placement of the skip on public land, it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain it. Non-compliance with local regulations may result in fines or the removal of the skip at the customer’s expense.
6. Insurance
We carry liability insurance to cover any accidental damage caused during the delivery, placement, and collection of the skip. This does not cover damages resulting from misuse or overloading the skip.
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate the service at any time if the terms and conditions are breached. In such cases, the customer may be subject to fees.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Earls Court is located. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
9. Amendments
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to the customer prior to their implementation.

13. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Skip Hire Earls Court regarding the use of our services, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.
